Subscriptions & Pre-Orders

We sometimes offer special ways to purchase, like subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these specific purchase types work and how you can manage or cancel them.

 

1. Subscriptions

 

 

What is a Subscription?

When you purchase a subscription, you sign up for repeat deliveries of a product. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely.

  • You will be charged for each delivery,

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don't wish to renew, you can cancel at any time.

 

How to Manage Your Subscription

You are in full control of your subscription. You can cancel or change it at any time.

  • How to Access: You can manage your subscription by logging into your customer account on our website .

  • Backup Method: You can also use the direct links found in your original order confirmation email.

2. Pre-Orders

 

 

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is currently out-of-stock or coming soon. We may collect a partial deposit (or no payment) at checkout and will securely store your payment method. We will then fulfill and charge the full or remaining amount at a future date when the item is ready to ship.

 

How to Cancel a Pre-Order

  • Before it Ships: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. To do so, please contact us at hello@mindfulmatterskit.com with your order number.

  • After it Ships: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. It is now considered a standard purchase and must be returned. If you've changed your mind, you can request a return after you receive the item by following our Return & Refund Policy.
