Thank you for your order from Mindful Matters Kit! We are excited to get your items to you. Here’s what you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing Time
We are a small team dedicated to carefully packing your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order before it ships.
We process orders on weekdays (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important!)
Mindful Matters Kit is based in British Columbia, Canada.

For U.S. & International Customers: Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs process.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please do the following:

Contact the carrier (e.g.,
Canada Post / USPS) directly to file a claim. -
