Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mindful Matters Kit. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help guide you through our return process.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn or unused.

It must have all original tags attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us First: To begin the return process, please contact us at hello@mindfulmatterskit.com.

Get Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns will be sent to our location in British Columbia, Canada.

Ship Your Item: Securely pack your item and send it following the instructions provided.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning their items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exception: If you are returning an item because it was defective or incorrect (our mistake), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
Contact us right away if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products, for hygiene reasons)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

Notification: We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will also let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.

Processing: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.

Timeline: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Follow Up: If more than 15 business days have passed since we recieved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@mindfulmatterskit.com.
Note for European Union Customers
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
