One honest question.
Your refund has been taken care of — there is nothing more you need to do, and nothing to explain. Sending something back has never needed a justification.
But if you have half a minute, I’d like to know what didn’t work.
Why I’m asking
Hi,
It’s Mona.
As a psychotherapist I’ll be the first to tell you that no single tool works for every nervous system. Some people need silence; some need a timer; some need nothing on the counter at all. That isn’t a failure of yours and it isn’t really one of mine — it’s just fit.
But I only get to hear from the people who stayed. That gives me a lopsided picture, and lopsided pictures make bad products. The people who left are the ones who know what’s actually missing.
So this form goes straight to me. I read every one of them myself. It’s slower than a dashboard and worth considerably more.

If something arrived damaged — or below the standard you were promised — please don’t use this form. Just reply to my email and I’ll make it right personally. No process, no forms, no restocking anything.
What happens to your answer
It changes the next version.
That isn’t a figure of speech.
Every kit we’ve shipped has been shaped by someone who told us what was wrong with the one before it. The 20-minute burn time exists because early testers kept losing track of time and reaching for their phones. The refill pack exists because people finished the twenty-eight days and had nowhere to go next.
None of that came from us. It came from notes like the one you’re about to write.
“Self-care should not be a challenge. If a practice needs willpower just to begin, the design is wrong — not the person.”

Thank you for giving this a try. That took a little hope, and I don’t take it lightly.
There’s nothing to buy on this page. But if you ever want to start again — on your own terms, at your own pace — the door stays open.
